Mark "Oz" Geist served 12 years in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the Annex Security Team that fought the Battle of Benghazi. He answered freedom’s call when Washington wouldn’t even pick up the phone. Mark has the courage to tell the truth about Benghazi and how our politicians’ inexcusable inaction led to the deaths of four Americans, including Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods.

I know the truth about Benghazi. I was there, fighting alongside five Americans who were all raised to believe that if you have a chance to save someone's life and you don't try, that's more criminal than anything else. So we fought for 13 hours, and we saved lives. But we are not unique. We are no different than the Americans who ran back into those crumbling New York towers, or the Americans who tackled the armed terrorists on that French train, or the many faceless, nameless Americans who every day risk their lives for perfect strangers trapped in burning cars or dangerous waters—because if they didn't, no one would. Where was that courage among the politicians who had the power to make a difference during those 13 hours in Benghazi? I am the National Rifle Association of America, and I am Freedom's Safest Place.
Our Freedom's Safest Place commercials tell the truths no one else will: truths about Benghazi, our Second Amendment freedoms, our police and what the 5 million members of the NRA value and protect. Donate to keep them on TV and share why these videos speak for you using #NRASpeaksForMe. If we put these commercials into every living room across the country, we will inspire our fellow Americans to defend our rights from out-of-touch elitists and a corrupt media.
Our TVs are plagued with the deceitful agenda of gun-hating political elites, a dishonest media and radical billionaires who want nothing more than to fundamentally change our country and take away our Second Amendment freedoms.
"I've watched the NRA pour incredible time and effort into a 19-spot campaign over the past year depicting us for who we really are, 'Freedom's Safest Place.'"
